We offer a specializing service and diagnostics for main and auxiliary marine engines.
The Service can be performed in the port and at the sea during normal voyage. All our engineers’ associates has a Seaman’s book.

Our Service Posibilities

  • Mashining and polishing the Crankshaft on board
  • Grinding the valves and valve seats on board
  • Replacing the crankshaft
  • Honing the cylinder liners
  • Machining the piston grooves (on a lathe) to assemble the new piston rings (oversize) – not necessary to buy a new pistons.
  • Turbochargers – overhaul in situ.
  • Service for both devices (auxiliary engine & generator) during one visit: Alignment with Laser measurement.
  • Recondition of the the connection rods – (in the workshop).

Service Quality

  • Engine diagnostic before and after overhaul (by advanced Windrock device)
  • Testing the cylinder heads at twice the pressure than during normal engine operation.
  • Always inspect the camshaft clearences of the cam, the conditions of the cam, etc.).
  • Every service engineer with at least 20 years experience in servicing the marine main and auxilar engines on board.

Overhaul of Alternators

  • Bearing replacement
  • Coupling replacement
  • Mounting machines on special chock pads
  • Chemical cleaning of stator and rotor
  • Megger test
  • Measurement of cope and shaft
  • Alignment of alternator

We can properly align your device with correct tolerances.

Proper alignment reduces the cost of replacement of spare parts and minimizes downtime.
We use professional equipment: Bearing Induction Heater, Fluke Megger Multimeter, MarLaser 360, etc
